Art Appraisals
Donna Glassford adheres to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) the only set of standards that govern the appraisal profession. The IRS requires that appraisals be completed by USPAP compliant appraisers and that all appraisals include a specific set of requirements. Glassford is an associate member of the American Appraiser’s Association and a graduate of the American Association of Appraiser’s Comprehensive Appraisal Study Program.
